Activities must be open when you reach them, not when your flight lands
Venue hours are evaluated at the estimated activity start time. If your plane lands at 5:00 PM but you are not ready until 7:30 PM, an attraction that closes at 7:00 PM should not be treated as viable. The same logic applies to last admission, useful visit duration, operational waiting time, and the time required to reach the next stop.
